LV Power Transformer
(Standard : NEMA TP-1)
We offer technologically advanced range of Dry Type Power Transformers manufactured using High Grade CRGO Lamination. These transformers are designed for trouble-free performance, confirming to low power loss and low noise due to Vacuum Pressure Impregnated (VPI) process.
** Efficiency Standard : DOE 2016 on request

Control Isolating Transformer
The control transformers are mostly used in power panel & control circuits with isolation from mains supply. These transformers are epoxy encapsulated for cooler operation. They are having excellent performance & compact volume with high reliability & Low Noise due to vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI).

Line Reactors
(4 Amp - 500 Amp)
The Line Reactor reduces the effect of peak current and the harmonic content of the current waveform. Reactor can be placed either line side or load side. Reactor will be able to reduce voltage and current stress on the input rectifier bridge of VFD so increases protection and life of the drive.

Auto Transformer
An Auto Transformer is a transformer with only one winding wound on a laminated core. An auto transformer is similar to a two winding transformer but differ in the way the primary and secondary winding are interrelated. A part of the winding is common to both primary and secondary sides. On load condition, a part of the load current is obtained directly from the supply and the remaining part is obtained by transformer action.

DC Link Choke
DC link chokes are connected between the rectifier diodes and the DC Filter capacitors. They are typically smaller than AC chokes and they add the necessary impedance for harmonic reduction without a drop in much voltage.

Load Reactor
(4 Amp - 400 Amp)
The Line Reactor reduces the effect of peak current and the harmonic content of the current waveform. Reactor can be placed either line side or load side. Reactor will be able to reduce voltage and current stress on the input rectifier bridge of VFD so increases protection and life of the drive.

Magnetic Ballast - UV Curing
We design and build ferro resonant transformers (constant power transformer) matching power and impedance, which supply a steady, reliable source of power to UV curing systems. Our ballast transformers achieve high efficiency. The capacitance of the transformer is set to optimize the stability of power delivered to lamps keeping the intensity at desired level.

Detuned Reactor
Detuned Reactors prevent harmonic amplification caused due to RESONANCE and avoid the risk of overloading capacitors, thereby significantly reducing voltage and current harmonic distortion in the network. All connected equipment, and even remote substations are subject to voltage fluctuations which may result in equipment malfunction or failure. To avoid this problem, it is common to insert reactors in series with capacitor banks.

SineWave Filter
Installing a sine wave filter between the VFD power source and the motor itself “smooths” the VFD pulse width modulated square wave signal and converts it into a nearly perfect sinusoidal power waveform. The VFD and sine wave filter combination allows the motor to run at continuously adjustable speeds and with the torque adaptable to varying mechanical loads. Running the motor without a sine wave filter causes several problems when distance from VFD to motor is high.
HarmoniQTM :Passive Harmonic Filter (IEEE-519)
Passive Harmonic Filters are currently the most common method used to control the flow of harmonic currents. They are built using a series of capacitors and inductance forming an LC circuit in parallel with the power source, Inductor (Lp) and capacitor (C) provides low impedance path for a single (tuned) frequency. An inductor (Ls) is required to detune the filter from the electrical system and other filters’ resonance point.
This helps to meet IEEE-519 guideline.

Harmonic Mitigating Transformer
The distorted current waveform created by non-linear loads can cause many problems in an electrical distribution system. HITRON's Harmonic Mitigating “phase-shifting” Transformers are cost-effective, energy efficient, highly reliable passive devices that are always on the job, treating harmonics regardless of the level of load they are serving at a given point in time. They are designed to treat a wide variety of harmonics, including harmful triplen harmonic currents.

High Frequency Transformer
Our High Frequency Ferrite transformers are specially designed for operation with surface treatment stations and corona generators. Due to their technical versatility and adaptability, the different high voltage transformers can be quickly and easily modified to fit the technical characteristics of different stations and generators.
Range : (15 KHz - 35 KHz)
